ViFly (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the PromptClaw mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
PromptClaw is designed to help you organize and manage text prompts and related media on your device. The App works primarily offline. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate our own servers that receive your prompt content or media for processing in normal use of the App.
To help us understand how the App is used and improve features, we use Microsoft Clarity, a product analytics service. Clarity collects usage and interaction data (for example, which screens you open and how you navigate the App). Your prompt text, tags, clipboard history, and other content you enter or store in the App are not sent to Clarity or to ViFly for this purpose.
The App stores the following on your device using local storage (database and app preferences):
The App may request access that Android defines as sensitive only for the features below:

The App does not use these permissions to scan your entire photo library or clipboard in the background for unrelated purposes.
When you import or export data (for example, markdown or files you choose), the App reads or writes only the files and locations you select or that you explicitly allow through the system file or document picker.
The App integrates Microsoft Clarity to collect non-content usage information so we can see how features are used and improve the App. Depending on your device and App version, Clarity may receive data such as:
What Clarity does not receive from the App for analytics:
We configure analytics to focus on product improvement, not on reading what you write or store. Clarity is not used to sell your data, show ads in the App, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft processes analytics data according to its own privacy terms. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement and Microsoft Clarity for more information.
We use the information described above only:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or media to train public AI models through this App.
We do not transmit your prompt text, tags, or clipboard history to ViFly servers. Core App features (creating and managing prompts, tags, media, and local history) work without sending that content to us.
The following third parties or user-initiated interactions may apply:
We do not integrate advertising SDKs, and we do not use analytics to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We rely on Android’s app sandboxing and your device security (screen lock, etc.) to protect locally stored data. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to keep your device updated and avoid sharing unlocked devices with untrusted parties.
The App is not specifically directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through dedicated online services in this App. If you believe a child has provided information in a way that concerns you, contact us at the email below.
If you use the App outside the country where ViFly operates, your prompt content and personal input stay on your device as described above. Usage analytics sent to Microsoft Clarity may be processed by Microsoft in accordance with its policies. Device backup providers may also process data according to their policies and your account settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version by updating the Effective date at the top and, where appropriate, providing notice in the App or on the store listing. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where allowed by law.

This policy is provided for use with Google Play and general transparency. It describes the App’s behavior based on its design as a local productivity tool. If you modify the App (permissions, networking, analytics, etc.), you should update this document and your Play Console declarations accordingly.
